What You’ll Be Doing Day‑to‑Day as a Business Development Representative

As a Sales Development Representative your role is to help the business grow by finding and connecting with potential customers. You’ll learn and develop hands‑on skills in:

  • Making outbound calls and sending prospecting emails to potential customers; using LinkedIn and social media to reach out to new prospects
  • Logging and tracking all leads in the CRM system
  • Setting up meetings or demos for senior sales colleagues
  • Working towards monthly and quarterly activity targets (calls made, emails sent, meetings booked)
