This is your chance to make a real impact! As our Campaigns & Communications Consultant, you will be the champion of engagement across the South East Agency network. Your mission is to maintain, drive, and inspire through strategic and tactical communications, collaborating with stakeholders across the business. You'll lead regional projects focused on boosting growth, sales performance, and marketing initiatives, with a focus on CRM, prospecting, and agency incentives.

You will work with central sales and marketing teams to deliver campaigns that generate opportunities, quotes, and sales aligned with regional targets. You will develop impactful messaging through multiple channels, including newsletters, forums, visits, and leadership meetings, ensuring Agencies are informed and motivated. You will coordinate regional and national initiatives, from training pilots to partnership events, and optimize CRM dashboards to support Agencies with data insights. Your role involves challenging marketing plans, tracking ROI, sharing best practices, and collaborating with marketing teams to enhance initiatives.

You are a results-driven communicator with experience managing multi-channel sales campaigns and understanding ROI-driven initiatives. You excel in building relationships internally and externally, are comfortable working with CRM systems, and thrive in data-driven environments. Your stakeholder management skills and collaborative approach enable you to align diverse teams.
