Group Marketing Executive - Stirling

What You'll Do

In this exciting role, you'll be at the heart of their creative output, supporting everything from events to digital campaigns, design, and content creation. Responsibilities include:

• Leading the coordination and management of design projects (Adobe Creative Suite is your toolkit!)

• Creating engaging content - from case studies and presentations to web pages and email campaigns

• Supporting the development of our websites and digital asset systems

• Leading and capturing photography projects to bring our work to life

• Planning and managing projects with precision and creativity

• Acting as a brand guardian, ensuring consistency across all marketing activity

• Exploring new technologies and processes to deliver efficiencies and maximum ROI

What We're Looking For

We're searching for a highly skilled marketer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has proven experience in delivering end-to-end marketing projects. You'll bring:

• Strong expertise in Adobe InDesign and Photoshop (Illustrator and other Creative Suite tools a bonus)

• Experience across design, events, content, photography, and digital projects

• A creative mindset with excellent attention to detail

• The ability to manage multiple projects with confidence and structure

• A passion for problem-solving and driving continuous improvement

Who You'll Work With

You'll collaborate with colleagues across the Group Marketing team, wider Robertson business, and trusted external partners such as agencies and suppliers. Reporting directly to the Group Marketing Manager, you'll be supported in making this role your own.

Location: Stirling, hybrid working is 4 days per week in Stirling during probation period, there after the hybrid working pattern after successful completion of probation period will be 3 days in the office per week.
