BD & Marketing Assistant

In this BD Assistant role, you will support the partners and the wider BD and Marketing teams to facilitate this growth. Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Supporting the firm’s BD efforts by maintaining databases such as referral, pitch, and credentials trackers.
  2. Conducting market research and supporting the BD team with analysis and reports to identify new business opportunities.
  3. Assisting BD Managers with annual legal directory submissions.
  4. Supporting at events and corporate hospitality as required.
  5. Producing collateral such as brochures, pitches, and videos.
  6. Organising, attending, and taking minutes at meetings.

The ideal candidate will have strong organisational and administrative skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work flexibly under pressure. A good working knowledge of MS Office and some experience in a corporate environment are also required.
