Sales Administrator — Full Time & Permanent — OFFICE BASED — Calne

Salary: Up to £28,000 + Good Benefits

Are you a well organised, positive and self motivated individual? Do you enjoy providing excellent customer service? Our client has a great reputation within their industry and they are now looking to recruit a Sales Administrator to join their small and friendly team.

You will be responsible for organising all their installations, liaising with customers and suppliers, to make sure their installations process runs smoothly. You will also assist their Sales team and help convert inbound enquiries.

Responsibilities
  • Dealing with inbound sales enquiries and assisting the team.
  • Overseeing the customer installations process.
  • Communicating effectively with suppliers, colleagues and engineers to ensure the product is installed on time.
  • Problem solving and quick thinking to ensure everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
Requirements / Qualifications
  • Experienced in a similar role.
  • Well organised with the ability to prioritise workloads.
  • Able to be self-motivated, positive and capable of completing tasks.
  • Excellent communication with colleagues, suppliers and customers.
  • IT literate with good attention to detail.
  • Lateral thinker who can work calmly under pressure.
