Overview

Temporary team members are needed to join our store during the busiest time of year, starting soon and lasting through the end of December. You will deliver excellent customer service by ensuring the clothing range is merchandised and replenished efficiently. If you’re passionate about customer service and pride yourself in maintaining the highest standards, we’d like to hear from you.

Responsibilities

• Ensure excellent customer service is provided in every interaction with a customer; be friendly, welcoming and helpful.
• Deliver effective product availability; replenish stock as directed.
• Work as part of the store team to create and maintain a fun and friendly environment.
• Deliver store changes/promotions in a timely and accurate way.
• For this position we may require you to work different shifts based on store needs; flexibility is key.

Qualifications & Experience

• Passion for fashion and retail; experience in fashion or with clothing products would be a bonus.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced store environment.
• Willingness to roll up your sleeves and get the job done, upholding our values of putting customers first and using initiative to keep the store looking great, deliveries efficiently received, and merchandise correctly displayed.
