Are you an experienced automotive sales leader with a background in main dealerships Were recruiting for a skilled Assistant Sales Manager to join a high-performing dealership in Orpington.
This role offers the opportunity to represent a leading automotive brand lead a motivated sales team and enjoy excellent earnings potential with uncapped commission.
As Assistant Sales Manager you will work alongside the Sales Manager to drive sales performance and lead a team of vehicle sales executives. Youll bring your dealership management experience to ensure the smooth running of the department while maintaining exceptional customer standards.
- Supporting the Sales Manager in overseeing day-to-day sales operations
- Leading motivating and developing a team of sales executives
- Driving sales across vehicles finance and insurance products
- Ensuring compliance with dealership and manufacturer standards
- Handling escalated customer queries and ensuring high CSI results
- Managing showroom presentation and finance proposal processes
- Proven experience in a main dealership at a managerial or supervisory level (e.g. Business Manager Transaction Manager Sales Controller or Assistant Sales Manager)
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- A professional customer-focused approach with the ability to resolve issues effectively
- Drive resilience and a track record of achieving sales targets
Basic salary: 32500
OTE in excess of 70000 (uncapped)
