Overview

A leading main contractor / developer is seeking an experienced Commercial Manager / Managing Quantity Surveyor to join their team on a major long-term infrastructure and mixed‑use development in the Northern Home Counties.

The development will include large‑scale civil engineering works, residential phases, commercial space, and associated infrastructure upgrades. This is a flagship, multi‑year scheme offering excellent long‑term career progression and senior‑level responsibility.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience managing commercial functions across complex, high‑value projects, ideally with exposure to infrastructure, regeneration, mixed‑use, or major urban development schemes.
