A leading maintenance standards company in Manchester is seeking a Legal Counsel to manage commercial agreements, support growth, and provide legal advice to stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be a UK-qualified solicitor with 3-6 years in technology law and a proven track record in negotiating SaaS and software agreements.
