Join Our Client's Team as an Executive Assistant!


Are you an organised and proactive professional with a passion for making a difference? Our client, a dedicated non-profit organisation, is on the lookout for an Executive Assistant. If you're ready to play a vital role in facilitating impactful work, we want to hear from you!



Location: Hybrid (Farringdon)


Working Pattern: Full Time (Monday-Friday 35 hours per week)


Contract Type: Permanent


Salary: £33,000 per annum


About the Role:


As an Executive Assistant, you'll be an essential part of the CEO Office, enabling the leadership team to focus on strategic priorities and deliver on the organisation's mission. Your organisational skills will be key in managing diaries, coordinating meetings, and ensuring smooth communication.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Supporting 4 directors with the below:

  • Diary Management: Coordinate and manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and resolve conflicts.

  • Travel Coordination: organise travel arrangements for Directors. ️

  • Resource Management: Maintain organised documentation and files for easy access.

  • Meeting Coordination: Assist in organising team events, take action notes during significant meetings, and ensure all logistics are seamless.

  • Communication Relay: Act as a point of contact for Directors, ensuring clear and effective communication.

  • Expense Management: Process expense claims and invoices in a timely manner.

  • Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.



What We're Looking For:



  • Proven experience as a PA, Team Assistant, or in a similar administrative role.

  • Strong organisational skills with an ability to manage multiple priorities.

  • Excellent communication skills for liaising with senior leaders and stakeholders.

  • Technological proficiency, especially in Microsoft Office Suite and virtual meeting platforms.

  • Attention to detail in preparing documentation and tracking actions.
