Executive Assistant – Investor Relations Team

City of London | £55,000 | Permanent

We are working with a leading investment company with a strong global presence and a long history of success. The firm operates across multiple asset classes and is recognised for its dynamic, forward-thinking approach to investment.

They are now seeking a highly proactive Executive Assistant to join their Investor Relations team in the City of London. You’ll be supporting a collaborative team of up to 15 professionals in a fast-paced, high-performing environment.

The Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for an Assistant who thrives in financial services and enjoys working across multiple time zones with heavy diary management and coordinating. You’ll provide high-level support, ensuring the smooth running of the team’s daily operations and acting as a trusted point of contact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Complex diary management across global time zones
  • Scheduling and coordinating internal and external meetings
  • Arranging international travel, visas, and accommodation
  • Preparing meeting rooms, materials, and presentations
  • Managing expense reports and processing invoices
  • Onboarding new team members
  • Supporting visitors from international offices and liaising with reception for hospitality
  • Assisting with team events and wider office support as needed

About You:

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant in a professional services or financial environment
  • Strong organisational and communication skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively
  • Confident in Microsoft Outlook, Word and PowerPoint (Concur experience desirable)
  • Resilient, adaptable, and able to work independently as well as part of a team
  • High attention to detail with a proactive, solution-focused mindset
