Our client is currently recruiting for a mechanical test engineer to join their busy manufacturing team. Candidates will be playing an imperative and key role within the organisation.
Own transport is essential due to the location of the premises
- Assemble mechanical systems and components according to engineering drawings and specifications
- Conduct functional and performance testing to ensure compliance with quality standards
- Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical faults during assembly and testing
- Collaborate with engineering teams to support product improvements
- Maintain accurate documentation of assembly processes and test results
- Follow all health, safety, and environmental regulations
- Level 3 qualification in mechanical engineering or equivalent experience
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Proficient with hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring equipment
- Basic experience with electrical and control panels
- Own transport
