A leading international art gallery based in Central London is looking for a Junior Art Shipping Coordinator to manage logistics for artwork shipments. The role requires experience in high-value shipping and excellent organizational skills. You will coordinate all aspects of logistics, from packing to customs documentation. - Experience in logistics or operations within art, luxury goods, or high-value assets.
- Understanding of international shipping and customs processes.
- Ability to manage multiple shipments and deadlines.
Responsabilidades
- Coordinate logistics for artwork movements domestically and internationally.
- Liaise with fine art shippers for quotes and schedules.
- Prepare and check customs paperwork and shipping manifests.
- Monitor timelines for temporary import/export of artworks.
- Work with teams to confirm delivery and installation needs.
- Keep clients updated on shipment status and any issues.
