- Monday to Thursday: 8.30am - 5.00pm
- Friday: 8.30am - 3.30pm

Our client is a traditional UK manufacturer based in the Midlands, with over 100 years of history. They are investing heavily in modern processes and expanding their export operations across four UK manufacturing sites. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing private organization with international reach.
- Preparing all required export documentation.
- Ensuring exports comply with VAT regulations and other legal requirements.
- Organising dispatch and liaising with freight forwarders.
- Managing invoicing and credit notes accurately.
- Maintaining proper proof of export documentation.
- Handling shipments under Letter of Credit and ATA Carnet.
- Liaising with customers regarding export shipments.
Applicants must have several years of experience in export operations, with a comprehensive understanding of compliance requirements, including necessary certificates and documentation procedures.
Key qualities include strong attention to detail, excellent organisational skills, the ability to prioritise tasks effectively, and strong communication skills.
