The role in a nutshell: We are seeking to recruit an outstanding enthusiastic and dedicated Attendance and Welfare Officer. The ideal candidate will be joining an established Trust Attendance and Welfare Team, supporting children and families in ensuring they are able to attend school every day.
You will be passionate and determined to work with our pupils and families, by offering support and guidance to ensure children can/do attend school every day. Working in collaboration, sharing best practice and supporting the Welfare & Attendance Deputy, Lead, Principals, and stakeholders across the trust ensures our aims are achieved and ultimately provide the best for our children and their families.
