Job summary
A respected logistics company in Tonbridge and Malling seeks a reliable Warehouse Operative for a temporary position with the potential to become permanent. Responsibilities include accurate order handling, communication with teams, and maintaining warehouse organization. Attention to detail, communication skills, and a proactive attitude are essential. This role offers a competitive pay of £12.98 per hour for 40 hours a week, Monday to Friday.

- Pick, check, pack, and dispatch orders accurately.
- Communicate with teams regarding orders and shipments.
- Maintain packaging stock by liaising with Procurement.
- Keep logistics equipment in good condition.
- Maintain a clean and organised warehouse.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Follow all health and safety guidelines.
Skills
Good-Out Warehouse Operative
Hours: Monday-Friday, 09:00-18:00
Pay: £12.98 per hour
Contract: 40 hours per week, Temp to Perm
We are seeking a reliable Warehouse Operative to join our logistics team, initially on a Temporary basis with the opportunity to become Permanent. You will be working in a modern facility for an excellent established organisation with an immediate start.
- Pick, check, pack, and dispatch orders accurately and efficiently.
- Communicate with teams across multiple sites regarding orders, stock, and shipments.
- Maintain packaging stock by liaising with Procurement.
- Keep logistics equipment in good working order.
- Maintain a clean, organised warehouse following 5S standards.
- Support continuous improvement with ideas and feedback.
- Follow all Health & Safety guidelines.
