- Managing secured loan transactions from instruction to completion (under supervision)
- Handling post-completion matters including registrations and formalities
- Supporting with loan redemption, discharges, and further advances
- Liaising with clients, Land Registry, and Companies House
- Assisting with data room management and reporting on larger transactions
- Maintaining accurate records and ensuring timely billing and administration
- Previous experience in real estate or property finance (ideally 3+ months)
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Confident communicator with excellent client-facing skills
- Familiarity with Land Registry and Companies House processes
