Job title: Commercial & IP Solicitor
Location: Southampton
Salary: £68k-£80k - depending on experience
PQE Level: 5+

We are working with one of the region's most established full-service firms, highly ranked in the Legal 500 and Chambers for its commercial expertise and recognised in the region for its strength in intellectual property. This is a key strategic hire for their growing Commercial team, offering an exceptional mix of quality work and long-term career progression. The role covers a wide variety of matters in trademark prosecution, IP disputes, licensing, and commercial contracts (including IT, franchising, distribution, and services). The successful candidate will have opportunities to supervise and support junior colleagues, contribute to business development, and work alongside leading partners on high-calibre matters.
