A fantastic opportunity has arisen within a leading law firm for a skilled dispute resolution lawyer to work on high-profile and multi-jurisdictional cases. This role offers the chance to handle complex legal matters, develop expertise across a wide range of contentious issues, and collaborate with experienced litigators in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Responsibilities
  • Providing expert legal advice and representation to clients on a broad range of dispute resolution matters, including commercial, regulatory, banking, trusts, insolvency, negligence, and matrimonial disputes.
  • Managing a varied and complex caseload, running independent matters while assisting on larger, multi-jurisdictional cases under the supervision of senior lawyers and partners.
  • Conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, and preparing for court proceedings.
  • Engaging in courtroom advocacy and representing clients effectively in the Royal Court of Guernsey and other relevant tribunals.
  • Developing and maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring high standards of service delivery.
  • Participating in business development initiatives to strengthen the firm’s market presence and attract new clients.
  • Contributing to the development and maintenance of legal precedents and internal procedures.
