Property Finance Solicitor - Liverpool - NQ-4 PQE

A respected commercial law firm is seeking to appoint a Property Finance Solicitor to join its busy and supportive Property team in Liverpool.

This role will suit a bright and diligent solicitor with demonstrable experience in property finance transactions. You'll work on a varied caseload including bridging and development finance, security documentation, and property due diligence, with direct client and introducer contact from the outset. The team takes pride in its collaborative and pragmatic approach, offering excellent opportunities for professional development, client exposure, and knowledge sharing.

Key responsibilities

• Managing a range of property finance transactions from instruction through to completion, with support from senior lawyers.
