Employment Solicitor – 0-2 Years PQE – Nottingham

We’re seeking an enthusiastic employment solicitor with 0 to 2 years PQE to join a growing team in Nottingham. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills across both contentious and non-contentious employment work, primarily acting for employer clients.

Responsibilities
  • Handle Employment Tribunal cases, redundancy and restructure matters, TUPE transfers, unfair dismissal and discrimination issues
  • Draft and review contracts of employment and settlement agreements, and deal with dismissals
  • Work towards building and managing your own caseload
  • Provide clear, practical advice tailored to client needs
  • Contribute to marketing and business development initiatives, including webinars, newsletters and LinkedIn activity
What we’re looking for
