Responsibilities:
- Manage a varied contentious probate caseload including contesting the validity of Wills, Inheritance disputes, Trustee disputes, and Estate disputes.
- Promote the team and firm within the Kent market as a confident business developer.
- Exhibit exceptional communication skills and attention to detail while working well in a team environment.
Qualifications:
- At least 6 years PQE gained with another leading law firm.
