Residential Property Solicitor/CILEX - Central Bristol
My client is an award-winning law firm with a long standing and outstanding reputation in the Bristol market. They currently have an opening for a Residential Property Solicitor, CILEX, Licensed Conveyancer with at least 2 years PQE to join their successful property team.
The role will involve handling a wide range of residential property matters from initial instruction to post completion. The existing caseload will include a mix of residential conveyancing matters, including sales and purchases, leasehold, remortgages, new build work and transfers of equity.
The ideal candidate will be qualified as a solicitor, legal executive or licensed conveyancer with proven experience of working in a conveyancing team as a fee earner and confident in independently managing their own caseload.
