Key Responsibilities
- Handle sophisticated estate matters from inception to completion
- Draft a broad range of estate planning documents tailored to client needs
- Develop and implement plans to minimize income taxes and protect assets
- Provide comprehensive estate planning and probate services to high-net-worth individuals
- Administer trusts efficiently and accurately
- Collaborate with a well-regarded internal team while growing and managing an individual client base
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in private practice, with a strong focus on estate planning
- J.D. and LL.M. in Taxation required
- Proven track record of serving high-net-worth clients
- Portable book of business is required
- Commitment to at least 15 more years of active legal practice
