Personal Injury Solicitor (2 years'+)– Edinburgh

A dynamic and independent law firm is seeking a Personal Injury Solicitor to join its team. This role will focus on disease-related personal injury cases, including client advisory, drafting pleadings, court representation and case management. You will also contribute to internal training and business development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing a caseload efficiently and professionally
• Advising clients on legal rights and remedies
• Drafting pleadings and representing clients in court
• Instructing counsel and handling financial management
• Supporting marketing initiatives and identifying business development opportunities

Requirements:

• 2 years’+ PQE with experience in personal injury law
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• A client-focused approach and attention to detail
