Contentious Probate Lawyer
Location: Swansea

New opportunity to join a Legal 500-ranked team specialising in contentious probate, estate disputes, and trust challenges. This role offers exposure to complex cases and opportunities for professional growth in a collaborative and supportive environment.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage a diverse caseload, including probate disputes, inheritance claims, and trust administration.
2. Provide expert advice on wills, trusts, and estate matters, ensuring high-quality client service.
3. Handle litigation processes and alternative dispute resolution (e.g., mediation).
4. Build strong client relationships and contribute to business development activities.

Requirements:

1. Qualified Solicitor/CILEX Lawyer with experience in contentious probate and estate disputes.
2. Strong technical knowledge of wills, trusts, and estate law.
3. Proven ability to manage complex cases independently.
