This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced Family Law Solicitor to take the lead in shaping and growing the firm's family law offering, with a clear pathway to partnership for the right candidate.

The Role:
This position offers the chance to step into a key leadership role, managing a varied caseload while helping to develop and drive the department forward. You'll be working closely with senior leadership and have genuine influence over the strategic direction of the family law team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a full caseload of family law matters including divorce, financial arrangements, domestic abuse, and children proceedings
• Represent clients in court and liaise effectively with counsel and external professionals
• Provide expert legal advice with empathy and clarity
• Supervise junior staff and contribute to the training and development of the wider team
• Play an active role in the development and growth of the department
• Maintain the firm's values of compassion, justice, and client care

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years' post-qualification experience in family law
• Strong knowledge across private and public family law matters
• Ability to handle cases independently with a high standard of professionalism
• Excellent communication and advocacy skills
• A proactive and strategic mindset, with leadership potential or experience
• A commitment to long-term career growth within the firm
