This elite US firm is seeking a driven paralegal to join their highly regarded Funds team, based in their London office. Responsibilities:

Including but not limited to:

1. Drafting and preparing board minutes
2. Organising and maintaining internal and external trackers
3. Reviewing and analysing investor application packs
4. Conducting legal research and assisting with drafting

About you:

The ideal candidate will:

1. Have 3–6 months of Funds experience
2. Be flexible and open to working overtime, including weekends
3. Demonstrate a strong work ethic and attention to detail
