Job Title: Private Client Wealth Protection Solicitor / Partner

Location: Cheshire (Boutique Law Firm)

Salary: Highly Competitive, dependent on experience

Contract Type: Full-Time, Permanent

My client is a well-established, boutique law firm based in the heart of Cheshire, renowned for providing exceptional legal services with a personal touch. They work with a select group of high-net-worth individuals and families, offering bespoke wealth protection solutions to safeguard their assets, legacies, and financial futures. As they continue to grow, they are looking for a talented, client-focused individual to join the team and play a key role in helping provide an exceptional service to their loyal client base.

In this role, you will provide strategic, tailored advice to private clients on a range of wealth protection matters, including estate planning, trusts, tax planning, and asset protection. You will work closely with the Head of Department to ensure the best possible outcomes for clients.

• Provide expert advice to high-net-worth clients on matters such as estate planning, tax planning, succession planning, and asset protection.
• Collaborate with the wider legal team to ensure a seamless service for clients, addressing all aspects of wealth management and estate planning.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring they receive a high level of service and proactive advice.
• Stay up-to-date with changes in tax law, wealth protection strategies, and relevant regulations.
• Identify new business opportunities and help grow the firm's private client department through referrals and professional networking.
• Provide clear and concise advice to clients, ensuring they fully understand their options and the potential impact of different strategies.

• Senior Private Client Solicitor with 8+ years PQE
• Proven experience in private client wealth protection or estate planning, ideally with exposure to high-net-worth individuals or families.
• Strong understanding of high end tax planning structures.
• A client-focused approach with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• STEP qualification is essential.
• A passion for delivering high-quality, tailored legal advice.
• Previous experience working in a boutique or high-end law firm would be an advantage but is not essential.
