Are you an ambitious Residential Property Solicitor, seeking a new role within a high-performing team?

Our Client is a Boutique, Multi-Service Law Firm based in Nantwich, with a strong reputation for its results driven and client focused approach.

The firm is now authentically growing its Residential Property team and looking to welcome a talented Residential Property Solicitor into its Nantwich office.

The role:

• Sales
• Purchases
• Transfer of Equity
• Remortgages
• Leaseholds
• Freeholds

You will also have the opportunity to adopt a commercial property caseload including agricultural property transactions.

About You:

• You will be a Qualified Solicitor or CILEX, at least 2+PQE
• You will have a strong and established background in Residential Property, managing a volume caseload from inception to conclusion
• You will have a good history of Fee Earning and meeting billing targets
