In House - Corporate Commercial Counsel - Luxury Clothing Brand - 5pqe - London

Overview

Our client is an established luxury clothing brand based in London.

This exciting British brand is looking for a Commercial lawyer to join their in-house legal team initially on a temporary basis with a view to potentially becoming permanent.

Responsibilities

• Broad mix of work including advising on commercial contracts, data protection, and customer care.
• You may be involved in some project work, co-sec support and general advisory matters typical to a dynamic retail business.
• You will be able to work with autonomy and manage your own time with a limited team whilst managing external counsel for support.
• You will be working closely with the GC for this great stylish brand and will need to spend a minimum of 3 days a week in the office in White City.

Qualifications

• You will have at least 5 years corporate commercial experience gained in a reputable private practice firm and/or in house and you will have luxury goods or retail experience.
