Responsibilities
  • Prepare and maintain Board and Committee calendars, including seeking and monitoring director availability.
  • Create, collate, and distribute Board packs and meeting agendas.
  • Upload meeting packs onto the board portal.
  • Be the owner and external point of contact for the board portal supplier.
  • Manage team (Legal, Corporate Governance, Trustee Governance) calendars.
  • Monitor and respond to the team inbox, escalating where necessary.
  • Maintain company registers.
  • Own and update group structure chart.
What we're looking for
  • Relevant University degree (Law, Finance, Business etc) with ambition to embark on professional exams, either as a Paralegal or Governance Professional.
  • High organisational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple calendars and meeting schedules.
  • Ability to manage shared inboxes and escalate appropriately.
  • Strong prioritisation and deadline management.
