An exceptional opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Intellectual Property Associate to join a market-leading IP practice within a highly regarded national law firm. This role will focus on non-contentious IP work, advising across a broad range of complex, high-value transactions involving cutting-edge technologies, life sciences, retail, and energy sectors.
Joining a top-tier team with an excellent reputation for both contentious and non-contentious IP work, you will focus on advisory and transactional matters involving IP as a core asset. This includes IP licensing, technology transfer, collaboration and R&D agreements, IP aspects of M&A and private equity deals, and broader strategic IP portfolio support.
You\'ll work closely with experts across corporate, commercial, and sector-specific teams, offering integrated and commercially focused advice to clients ranging from start-ups to global businesses. This is a high-impact role with strong client visibility and real progression potential.
