A reputable legal firm in the Liverpool City Region is seeking a newly qualified (NQ) Litigation Solicitor to join their team. The ideal candidate will have 0-2 years PQE with experience in a technical litigation department. You will manage various property matters, benefiting from a supportive and close-knit team. Exciting opening for an about to qualify/recently qualified, ambitious Commercial or Property Litigation Solicitor.
This highly reputable and Legal 500 recognised Property Litigation specialist practice operates from modern commercial offices in the city centre.
This firm manages a variety of Property matters, both residential and commercial, specialising in Property Litigation and the recovery of property-related debts. The team of solicitors deals with technical matters from start to finish, often breaking new ground in case law, and are ably assisted with full paralegal/assistant support.
The team deals with a range of Property Litigation and Commercial Property matters and would also accommodate a particularly strong Litigator with a broader range of experience. You'll be joining a very experienced technical team that has gone from strength to strength over recent years due to its high-quality work and exemplary level of client service, and you will be offered all the support you may need in getting fully up to speed.
A strong willed, confident and articulate Litigation Solicitor (NQ-2 years PQE) with demonstrable previous experience in a technical Litigation department is a must, however, for this challenging role. If you're a very technically strong NQ Litigation Solicitor with a sound understanding of litigation processes and procedures, you are also encouraged to apply.
