About the Role

As Accounts Manager, you'll be responsible for managing the firm's financial operations, including:

  • Maintain accurate financial and client account records.
  • Oversee accounts payable, billing, credit control, payroll, and reconciliations.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and tax requirements.
  • Prepare management reports, budgets, and assist with audits.
  • Monitor cash flow, payment plans, and financial controls.
  • Lead and develop the finance team, improving processes and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with internal departments and external stakeholders.
  • Provide training and support on financial procedures.
What We're Looking For
  • Strong experience in legal finance.
  • Leadership experience, proven experience managing a finance team.
  • In-depth knowledge of SAR and financial compliance.
  • Proficiency with accounting software and financial reporting.
