Job title: Real Estate Solicitor

Salary: £65k-£80k - depending on experience
PQE Level: 6+
Contract Type: Permanent
Working Hours: Full-time

They are currently seeking a commercial property solicitor to work alongside respected lawyers and assist in the growth of the department. As a valued member of the team, you will be responsible for:

1. Handling a range of commercial property matters including sales and purchases, development and infrastructure projects, property finance and more.
2. Working closely with seniors and partners in the team on large high-value matters.
3. Taking an active role in business development and client-facing responsibilities.
4. Assisting in mentoring junior colleagues.
