Commercial Litigation Solicitor

Are you an NQ Commercial Litigation solicitor looking to kickstart your career? This established legal 500 firm, who are recognised for their Litigation department, are looking to expand their current team with knowledgeable, and driven solicitors of a likeminded nature.

The Firm

With offices based in Hampshire and Surrey, they also have a strong foothold in the London market. The firm are looking to strengthen their already established teams. The firm have been operating in Southern England for over 50 years and after their most recent merger, their focus on corporate / commercial works have become evident.

The firm deal with a broad array of clientele, varying from medium-high network clients to referral works from existing clients. The firm are incredibly proud of their roots and as a result, are often regarded as one of the most established firms in the area.

The Role

This firm are looking for an NQ Commercial Litigator to join their flourishing, Surrey office.

You will be working alongside experienced, knowledgeable solicitors who have comprehensive experience over the full spectrum of Litigation proceedings. Whilst the team are extremely commercially minded, they are also supportive and approachable- a culture that runs throughout the firm.

You will gain great exposure to caseloads of a varied and diverse nature. Responsibilities may include, but won't be excluded to : dispute resolution, professional negligence and contractual claims.

Requirements

• You will ideally have completed a seat in Commercial Litigation during your training contract
• You will receive a basic salary that is above market rate and dependant on salary
• Excellent career prospects, no glass ceilings.
