Job Description

The Regulatory Solicitor will deal with a range of work and responsibilities including;

• Providing expert advice on regulatory issues including health & safety, food and consumer law, transport, financial crime and environmental law
• Handle a diverse caseload, including regulatory investigations and enforcement actions.
• Advising a range of clients across sectors such as retail and logistics
• Deal with HSE investigations
• Represent clients in regulatory hearings and other legal proceedings.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, offering tailored legal solutions.
• Stay updated on changes in regulatory law and advise clients accordingly.
• Contribute to the firm's growth by identifying opportunities for business development.

The Successful Applicant

The successful Regulatory Solicitor should have / be;

• Qualified solicitor status with expertise in regulatory law likely to be around 5 years plus PQE
• Ties to Leeds
• A track recorded dealing with areas such as health & safety, food, consumer or financial crime.
