Qualifications

• Experience in Real Estate Finance as a Paralegal in a London law firm.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with drafting documents and submitting Companies House filings.
• Coordinate execution of finance/transaction documents in relevant jurisdictions.
• Prepare VDRs using third-party services for transactions.
• Research using external subscription services like PLC, Westlaw, LexisNexis.
