We are looking for a detail-focused Legal Cashier to support a busy finance team. This is a full-time, office-based role, with some flexibility where needed.

What you’ll do
  • Monitor and update firm accounts each day
  • Handle incoming and outgoing payments accurately and in line with regulatory requirements
  • Prepare and process invoices and financial entries
  • Work with fee-earners to resolve account queries and close client matters promptly
  • Assist clients with payment enquiries, including card transactions
  • Record cheque receipts and maintain accurate financial logs
  • Flag and help resolve any compliance issues
  • Support general finance tasks as needed
