The Role and Opportunity
We have an exciting opening for a senior-level fee earner to join a busy and well-establishedPrivate Client divisionin Worcester. This varied and rewarding role involves managing a complex portfolio including LPAs, wills, estate administration, trusts, and tax planning matters.
As a senior team member, you will act as a ‘go to’ expert, leading and mentoring junior colleagues, sharing best practice, and supporting their professional development alongside your own CPD. You will also be actively involved in business development and marketing activities to support the continued growth of the team.
About You
- Post-qualified with6+ years’ experiencehandling complex private client matters
- Technically strong with excellent judgment and client service skills
- Team player with leadership qualities, able to inspire and build effective working relationships
- Highly motivated, organised, and able to manage multiple deadlines
- Commercially aware with confidence in business development activities
About the Team
The Private Client division comprises a sizeable team of fee earners and support staff. In Worcester, you will lead a small team, delivering a broad range of private client services. The team is recognised in the Legaland has recently experienced significant growth, including taking on high-net-worth clients and complex specialist work.
