Job Title: Commercial Litigation Solicitor

PQE: 1‑3 years PQE

Location: Leeds

Salary: Circa £65k plus

An excellent opportunity within a supportive, well‑established team for a Commercial Litigation Solicitor seeking real career progression and the chance to handle a high‑quality caseload of diverse dispute matters. Exposure includes contract disputes, shareholder disputes, joint venture disputes, high‑value settlements, and international elements.

Candidate
  • At least 12 months experience handling a broad range of commercial disputes within a reputable national or regional law firm.
  • Experience of shareholder disputes, pre‑action through trial, injunctions, enforcement of restrictive covenants, partnership disputes, cross‑border litigation, and some international arbitration.
  • Self‑motivated, driven, collaborative, seeking career progression.
