Our Client is one of the UK's leading law firms in the FMS space. Due to continued growth they have opened a new office in Manchester and are looking for a Financial Mis-selling NQ/Solicitor. They are known for their expertise and commitment to providing high-quality legal solutions to their clients.

Job Description

As a Financial Mis-selling NQ/Solicitor your duties will include:

  • Manage a caseload of financial mis-selling claims from initial instruction to resolution.
  • Supervise a team of paralegals
  • Conduct legal research to support case strategies and decision‐making.
  • Prepare and draft documents, including statements and correspondence.
  • Liaise with clients, providing clear and professional advice on their cases.
  • Engage with third parties, including financial institutions and opposing solicitors.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files and documentation.
  • Contribute to the team's goals by collaborating effectively with colleagues.
The Successful Applicant

A successful Financial Mis-selling NQ/Solicitor should ideally have experience in FMS work although our client will consider candidates who have other volume litigation experience.
