Employment Lawyer - Bristol

We are instructed by a leading regional firm with an outstanding reputation who are looking for a qualified Solicitor, Barrister, or FCILEx to join their growing employment law team based in Bristol on a hybrid basis.

The role
  • Handle a diverse Employment Tribunal caseload, from pleadings and witness statements to settlements and advocacy support
  • Advise clients on complex claims and workplace issues with clarity and confidence
  • Draft contracts, policies, and handbooks, and deliver proactive advice to commercial clients
  • Assist the employment team with non-contentious matters, such as drafting contracts, staff handbooks, and other employment-related documents.
Requirements
  • A legal qualification (Solicitor, Barrister, or FCILEx) and solid grounding in employment law
  • Confidence in managing your own caseload and making strategic decisions
  • Excellent communication, time management, and attention to detail
  • A hands‑on, positive attitude and a genuine interest in client service
