Hi there, this is Mila Read from Found Legal, where we specialise in in-house technology lawyer recruitment.

My client is a global software company looking to hire a Senior Commercial Technology lawyer at 8+ PQE level.

Location / Remote

The company's offices are just outside West London (30-40 min from Waterloo).

The team meets once every 1-2 weeks in the office.

The office is in a nice location by the river with a garden and outdoor lunch area.

The role can be hybrid or remote for the right candidate (based in the UK, Ireland, France, Netherlands, Germany, or Belgium).

A B-to-B software company with approximately 2,500 employees worldwide, serving other tech companies.

Headquartered in Europe, with no US late-night calls.

The legal team comprises about 10-12 lawyers.

Established 30 years ago, growing 20% annually.

Role

International (EMEA) commercial technology lawyer role focusing 70-80% on supporting sales activities.

Legal supports sales early in projects, is involved in negotiations, and is respected by sales teams.

The company fosters a respectful culture where legal and sales collaborate effectively.

As part of a smaller team, there is scope to shape your role and develop areas of interest.

Supportive management and colleagues, with opportunities for continuous learning.

About you

Seeking an experienced commercial technology lawyer with 8+ years of experience.

In-house experience or client secondments supporting Tech/Software vendors or IT services companies preferred.

Strong technical skills, drafting, and negotiation abilities, especially with bespoke contracts.
