Job Description
  • Advising on IP strategy, licensing, and commercialisation
  • Drafting and negotiating IP-rich commercial contracts (e.g. licensing, R&D, collaboration, SaaS)
  • Supporting M&A transactions with IP due diligence and risk assessment
  • Providing strategic advice on brand protection, copyright, and trade secrets
  • Working closely with cross-functional teams including corporate, litigation, and regulatory
The Successful Applicant
  • Qualified solicitor in England & Wales with 2-5 years PQE
  • Strong experience in commercial IP matters, ideally gained at a top-tier firm or in-house
  • Excellent drafting and negotiation skills
