Job summary
A leading recruitment agency in the UK is seeking an experienced Plot Sales Paralegal to support a prominent law firm in Birmingham. This role involves liaising with developer clients, preparing contract and legal packs, managing the exchange of contracts, and handling various pre-contract enquiries. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in the field. The position offers a competitive salary range of £25,000 to £40,000, with flexible working options, including remote work for two days a week.
Qualifications
- Significant experience as a Plot Sales Paralegal required.
Responsibilities
- Liaise with developer clients on a daily basis.
- Prepare contract and legal packs.
- Handle pre-contract enquiries.
- Manage the exchange of contracts.
- Prepare Bills and undertake Land Registry Applications.

The firm specialises in working with property developers both large and small through the whole development process from site acquisition, site set up, development & plot sales.
Their clients range from small local developers with a small number of units to sell to large national developers with hundreds of units being released at a time.
