The role:

You will work closely with a senior Partner‑led team, contributing to the lifecycle of credit fund matters. This includes fund formation, investor onboarding, fund closings, regulatory compliance, and general fund management. The position offers hands‑on experience and exposure to a fast‑paced and intellectually stimulating practice area. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Fund formation
• Reviewing, analysing and drafting a range of documentation
• Managing investor onboarding and KYC/AML processes
• Fund closings
• Tracking subscription materials
• Regulatory and compliance filings
• Liaising with clients, counsel, and third‑party service providers
