A leading global law firm is seeking a Legal Learning Manager to design, develop, and manage learning programs for its lawyers, primarily in the EMEA region. This position requires several years of relevant experience, strong communication and organizational skills, and proficiency in designing training. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with key stakeholders to enhance legal knowledge and skills, incorporating both in-person and virtual training formats. Flexible working arrangements are encouraged, reflecting the firm’s commitment to agile working patterns.
35 hours per week, 9:30am to 5:30pm – additional hours may be required. We are happy to consider agile and flexible working patterns. Up to 40% of the time can be worked from home and 60% in the office. Please contact a member of the recruitment team to discuss further.
The Legal Learning Manager will be a member of the Leadership, Learning & Development team. They will design, develop, and manage learning programmes that enhance the technical legal knowledge and legal skills of our lawyers, primarily in the EMEA region. These programmes may take the form of in‑person, virtual, or e‑learning sessions. The Manager will collaborate with partners, Knowledge Lawyers, Regional Heads of Knowledge, other key stakeholders, and colleagues across the People function to support specific practice area learning and development initiatives. The role also includes reviewing and refreshing digital learning content on our LMS in partnership with the Digital Learning & Development team.
Specific duties or responsibilities may be reviewed from time to time to reflect changes in personnel and management structure, staff location or services. All members of the firm participate in our Responsible Business program.
