• Manage a varied portfolio of UK and international clients
• Advise on trade mark clearance, prosecution, oppositions and enforcement
• Work closely with colleagues across the wider IP team on brand protection strategy
• Develop client relationships and play a key role in business development
• Contribute to mentoring and developing junior attorneys

• Fully qualified UK Chartered Trade Mark Attorney
• Minimum of 5 years’ post-qualification experience
• Strong commercial awareness and client-handling skills
• Desire to take on leadership responsibility and progress to partnership
